How It Works

Place Your Order
You can place your order within minutes through email or a phone call. You will also be asked to specify the package you wish to choose with your name, contact details and company name or alternatively call us to discuss your specific needs.

Confirm Order
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a message confirming that we have received your order. 

Payment
We accept direct deposits or EFT transfers; this will be discussed with you as part of the confirmation process.

Time-Frame involved for start up
Once you have supplied us with your details we generally require two days to organize your support prior to starting full operations. This is to ensure the smoothest possible transition of your support services. If you have complex requirements we may require a longer "lead time" to ensure your assigned assistant is fully capable of handling your needs.

Supervision provided
We provide supervision and will ensure that your virtual assistant is at work on time and that he\she works diligently.  You will need to interact directly with your assigned assistant to ensure that your work is being carried out to your satisfaction. You would also need to be sure to assign sufficient, clearly-defined work in order to receive full value and benefit.
